Refund policy

We shall endeavour the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order; we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face extreme quality issues with the product

We regret that you may not be able to cancel or amend for: 

• Perishable item such as fresh flowers, cakes and balloons and alike. 

• Customised order, work on which has begun.

• Once order has been placed on the website and the payment has been made.

We are not responsible if the recipient refuses to accept their order and a refund will not be issued if for whatever reasons the recipient refuses to accept the order.  

If cancellation request has been confirmed from our side, it will take 14 working days to issue a refund. Moreover, which are customised or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.
