Delivery Policy

Products sold on this website are perishable, natural items and flower life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flowers living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature, occasionally floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues as a result not all goods produced are as pictured on our website. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging, that there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

If this is the case with the gift that you have selected our experienced florist will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement is preserved and substitute flowers of equal or high value.

 

As Orders are already scheduled for delivery, we do not guarantee that orders placed for same day, will be delivered in the selected time slot. However, we always strive to deliver as close to your desired time slot as possible.

The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded. 

During extreme weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on the exact given time. If we do not succeed in delivering your order timely, order will be delivered as soon as possible.
