By using the Floral Surprise, services: www.thefloralsurprise.com web site, (“hereinafter shall be referred to as We, Us, Our”) you are agreeing  to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Payments 

Payment is needed to confirm online through the website or telephone and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the delivery date. Issuance and receipt of your invoice is taken as confirmation of your order.

Prices

Every order is different, therefore there are no “catalogue” prices. Prices may vary and always depend on floral boxes/arrangements design and size. Please drop us a message at [number] to get a quote. All prices used by Floral Surprise are in PKR. Floral Surprise is entitled to adjust all prices for its products or services shown on its website or otherwise at any time.

 

Web shop/Online Order

 

When making an online order from our website it is the client's responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the client's responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. Floral Surprise cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one to accept delivery.

 

Registration 

You may register an account on our website in order to get the services. You are required to follow the registration. You are under legal obligation and undertakes to provide Floral Surprise with correct and truthful, up-to-date information during the registration procedure. Floral Surprise reserves the right to suspend temporarily any accounts with doubtful or dubious information. Accounts with deliberately false or fake information may be deleted immediately. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the website. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. You must not use any other person's account to access the website, unless you have that person's express permission to do so.

Miscellaneous Terms 

This Agreement will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If for any reason any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, then: (i) the provision will be interpreted or reformed to the extent reasonably required to render the provision valid, enforceable, and consistent with the original intent underlying the provision; (ii) the provision will remain in effect to the extent that it is not invalid or unenforceable; and (iii) the invalidity or unenforceability of the provision will not affect any other portion of this Agreement.

Any delay or failure by us hereto to perform our obligations hereunder will be excused if and to the extent that it was caused by an event or occurrence beyond our reasonable control and without our fault or negligence (“Force Majeure”). Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, actions by any government authority (whether valid or invalid), fires, floods, windstorms, explosions, riots, natural disasters, wars, sabotage, acts of terrorism, pandemic or court injunction or order.

Floral Surprise reserves the right to modify the Agreement without prior notification. The new version of the agreement shall be immediately published on the website. 

This Agreement may not be assigned by Client without the prior written consent of Floral Surprise; Floral Surprise will have the right to delegate its obligations contemplated by this Agreement.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Pakistani law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
